11778: Wahl-Eversharp safety: extremely rare mottled hard rubber retracting-nib eyedropper-filler, 10.2 cm long, 14K Wahl #2 nib; not known in any ads or catalogs, these pens appear to have been made in France using US-made nibs and feeds, for European market testing. Internal spiral has been repaired.

13366: Wahl-Eversharp Gold Seal set: oversize green and gold "Deco Band" lever-filler, 13.5 cm long, gold filled trim, Personal Point nib unit, roller clip, rare and mysterious variant with "X" seal instead of the usual double check mark. Massive manifold Gold Seal nib, slight roughness to area around end of lever, nicks to bands at ends, shallow depression on side of barrel (probably from overenthusiastic spot polishing; not really possible to photograph). Includes matching pencil, uses 1.1 mm lead, has name on side, scrape marks, more heavily used than the pen.

13372: Wahl-Eversharp Gold Seal: lapis blue soldier-clip lever-filler, 12 cm long, gold filled trim, roller clip, Gold Seal, Personal Point screw-in nib unit with Gold Seal flexible nib; excellent overall appearance, bold imprints and no brassing, original aluminum lining was corroded at the barrel mouth and has been replaced with a noncorroding Delrin sleeve, two tiny hairlines at end of section do not affect function (see details). Includes snap-on celluloid cap topper, originally printed with price and model number, a rare survival.

12156: Eversharp Doric: oversize first-generation facetted lever-filler in "Burma Pearl", 14.35 cm long, white gold filled trim, roller clip, big Eversharp nib is marked "SEMI FLEX", feed marked "N.P." for "needlepoint"). A beautiful user with a most unusual nib at a bargain price, as there is a patched hole in the barrel and the original clip hole and Gold Seal location on the cap have been patched, and the seal and clip moved to the side.

9993: Eversharp Gold Bond Doric: large green pearl marbled plunger-filler, 13.75 cm long, gold filled trim, made by Wahl-Eversharp for Montgomery Wards; much less common than standard Dorics, with full Gold Bond imprints and distinctive trim band. Name on barrel, nib is slightly toothy but a good writer, all seals replaced. These "house brand" versions of classic big-name pens have become increasingly sought-after in recent years.
