Q: What is your return policy?
A: Simple! If a pen does not come up to your expectations, all that we ask is that you let us know, and that you return the pen promptly in the same condition it was received. We will then issue a full refund of the purchase price.
Sometimes a pen may not suit a particular user's hand; this is certainly a concern when buying by mail, but you needn't worry: we will gladly adjust, exchange, or refund, as necessary. Frankly, this seldom is an issue; we thoroughly test our pens for writing quality before listing them, and more often than not, our customers express pleasant surprise at how well a vintage nib can write! We do, however, ask left-handers and those who hold their pens in an atypical manner (nearly perpendicular to the paper, for example) to let us know when ordering, so we can make any necessary special adjustments to the nib beforehand.
We do have a stricter return policy for spare parts and repair supplies, including consumables such as pencil lead, sacs, and seals. Please make sure the item you order is the one you need: we will not accept returns on parts and supplies unless they are defective or misdescribed.
