9273: Eversharp pencil: early production, gold filled, 13.3 cm long, with "EVER SHARP" imprint, "GOLD FILLED" and "PATENTED"; no mention of Wahl, but made immediately after Wahl's takeover of Eversharp; name lightly and elegantly engraved on barrel, uses 1.1 mm lead.

9551: Eversharp pencil: gold filled ringtop, 10.5 cm long, smooth finish, uses 1.1 mm lead, some rust pitting to nose cone, tool marks to internal mechanism (see detail).

9497: Eversharp pencil in box: desk pencil (no matching fountain pen), 13.9 cm long, rosewood hard rubber barrel, chrome plated trim, uses 1.1 mm lead; in original box, with Spanish-language instructions. We have acquired a small hoard of these, and though they are new old stock, they have clearly not always been stored in a perfectly dry environment. The steel tip cones have rusted, but can easily be polished down (see photos) or replaced (the tips unscrew, and spares can be taken from other Eversharps). Several available.

9479: Wahl-Eversharp oversize Signature pencil: black chased hard rubber, 13.6 cm long, gold filled trim, roller clip, uses 1.1 mm lead; imprints and chasing crisp, slight shrinkage of top piece over metal liner; chased hard rubber Deco Band pens are very hard to find, and the matching pencils are even less common.

9691: Wahl-Eversharp Equi-Poised pencil: black oversize, 14.4 cm long, gold filled trim, roller clip, Gold Seal, good imprint, no brassing, uses 1.1 mm lead, propels and retracts; cap is stuck, however, so eraser not accessible. Uncommon model in terms of both size and color.

7056: Wahl-Eversharp Equi-Poised pencil: black veined green pearl ringtop, 11.2 cm long, gold filled trim, uses 1.1 mm lead, barrel imprint worn but legible, celluloid is showing increased transparency overall, trim plating shows some tarnish but neglible wear.
