Monogram elegantly engraved in barrel cartouche, nib has a short crack in the middle of the imprint that does not extend to either the vent hole or the heel and does not affect usability.

The coin-filling system was never used by Sheaffer for its own-brand pens, and is seldom seen in their Craig sub-brand either.
